Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Please contact us through our Contact Page or by email to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In their original condition and packaging
• Have all original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
• Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel
EXCHANGES
If an apparel item does not fit or you would prefer a different design, you may request an exchange for another available size or product.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in resellable condition and show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
For U.S. customers:
• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
• Once the item is received, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
For customers outside the United States:
• Return shipping costs are initially the customer's responsibility.
• Upon receipt of the returned item and proof of shipping expense, reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.
• A replacement item will then be shipped at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, purchases made using cryptocurrency can only be refunded as store credit.
